Complexion

First, let’s talk skincare prep. I never start my day without Maelove Glow Maker and Glossier Bubblewrap (RIP, this product was discontinued but I’m using every last drop I have). Now that the cold weather is creeping in, I’ve been using a slightly richer daytime moisturizer from Good Molecules.

My skin has been looking really good lately so I’ve been opting for only creamy concealer and a small dusting of setting powder for a natural complexion.

I’ve been rotating a couple of different bronzers. On days when I’m not in the mood for a full makeup look, I’ll just apply a dusting of warm bronzer from my Subtl Beauty stack (it has the prettiest sheen to it) and looks very natural on my fair complexion. When I’m going for a polished and complete look, I use solar paint in flare on my cheeks, forehead and nose.

I’ve been using this Merit cream blush that was in my Sephora Clean Favorites Set. I love the dome-shaped packaging so I can just swipe it directly on my cheek bones and blend with my fingers or brush. The shade I have is described as a cool pink but it looks more berry toned in my opinion.

The champagne Saie liquid highlighter is very sheer, which I appreciate for a natural fall makeup look.

Eyes

I never leave the house without filling in and grooming my brows into place. It really sets the whole face, especially for a no makeup makeup look. I recently purchased this Benefit Brow Pencil and I’m floored by how easy it is to apply. You can’t mess up the application. Boy Brow has always been my holy grail brown pomade that grooms them into place.

Glossier Monochromes is ideal for those days where you don’t want to put any effort into your eye makeup routine. I love the eyeshadow color stories they came out with – I think I wear Almond (rosy brown) the most often; although Prairie is a close second and goes with so many of my fall outfits.

When I’m in the mood for a more dramatic eye makeup look, I use Benefit Roller Liquid Liner in brown – I used to hate wearing brown eyeliner but I’ve grown to love it. It’s much more flattering on my fair skin and hazel eyes.

For mascara, I grew tired of Lash Slick and wanted something slightly more dramatic. I’ve been using the Rare Beauty Volumizing Mascara and so far I’m really impressed. My only complaint is that it’s not easy to remove at night with my micellar water – I need to double cleanse.

Lastly, to keep my makeup lasting all day I use the Charlotte Tilbury Setting Spray (got it in this Sephora Favorites set I reviewed on the blog) and it’s definitely giving my Urban Decay All Nighter Spray a run for its money.

Lips

Glossier Cookie Butter is like fall wrapped in a lip balm. It smells so good – like biscoff cookies and has a warm caramel tint. I’ve been living in this lip balm – day and night, even if I have no where to go, it’s the only thing I want to wear on my lips right now.
