Sephora Spring Sale: Dates, Discount Codes & Recommendations

Sharing my everyday makeup, skincare and clean beauty recommendations for the Sephora spring sale

The Sephora spring sale is right around the corner! If you have Rouge status with Sephora, you’ll have first access to the sale.

I’ve rounded up my top 12 everyday makeup, skincare and clean beauty favorites for this post. It was hard selecting my top product recommendations but I also don’t want to overwhelm anyone either. The Sephora Sale is a great excuse to treat yourself, try a new product you’ve been eyeing or restock on old favorites.

I also want to mention, I submitted my application for the 2021 Sephora Squad and could use your help! If I’ve ever inspired you to purchase a beauty product via my blog or social media or shared helpful beauty tips and tricks, then please submit a testimonial for me here. It will only take a few minutes of your time and it doesn’t cost you anything! This is a great way to help a small blogger like myself.

If you want more beauty recommendations, you can read past Sephora sale beauty picks here.

What is the Sephora Spring Sale?

A couple times a year, Sephora offers a site wide discount for Beauty Insider members. The discount percentages vary between membership levels but essentially, the more you spend at Sephora during the calendar year, then the more you save.

If you are not currently a Beauty Insider member, then you can sign up here. It’s completely free to join and you’ll qualify for the 10% discount. There are more benefits to becoming a member that you can check out below.

Below is a quick breakdown of the tiered discounts and dates for the Sephora spring sale. The promo code is the same for all members: use code OMGSPRING.

Rouge Members get 20% off, 4/9 through 4/19
VIB Members get 15% off 4/13 through 4/19
BI Members get 10% off, 4/15 through 4/19

Sephora Spring Sale Recommendations

Skincare

Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask:  A leave-on lip mask that comes with a tiny brush (so you can scoop out product without having to dip your finger in the jar) and after a good night’s sleep, you wake up to healthy, glowing lips. This is the only treatment that actually works overnight to keep lips hydrated. I have the original berry scent but it comes in four other flavors.

Supergoop Unseen Sunscreen SPF 40: ‘Tis the season for sunscreen; well, it’s always the season for sunscreen but especially now. This is my favorite invisible sunscreen that also doubles as a makeup gripping primer.

Summer Fridays Body Lotion: I love the coconut smell when first applied. The lotion has been very nourishing for my dry skin and it absorbs relatively quickly without it being too heavy or looking greasy.

Fresh Soy Face Wash: I’ve tried so many face cleansers but I always come back to this one. It’s effective in terms of removing light makeup and I really like the cucumber scent. The only downside is price, which is why it’s a good time to get it on sale.

Makeup

Urban Decay Naked Wild West Palette: I haven’t truly loved a UD Naked Palette since they came out with Naked3. I absolutely love the shades in this palette and the color payoff is amazing. It’s also their first vegan palette with 12 desert-inspired shades ranging from pale peach to a beautiful turquoise shimmer. It’s a really beautiful palette for spring/summer (review here).

Rare Beauty Melting Cream Blush: The packaging is cute and compact. The formula feels weightless and the color is a perfect everyday neutral. I have the shade Nearly Mauve and I use the brand’s foundation brush to blend. I have a review of the Stay Vulnerable Collection here.

NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer: This is my favorite concealer to cover up redness, dark circles and immediately brighten the under eye area. I wear the lightest shade, Chantilly, and always restock during a sale because it is pricey. It has a radiant finish so if that doesn’t work for you and you have oily skin, try the Soft Matte Concealer (I have that too and it offers great coverage).

Laura Mercier Caviar Stick Eye Shadow: For an easy “one and done” eyeshadow look. Goes on super smooth, easy to blend and absolutely no budging. Comes in shimmer, matte and metallic finishes. I have Amethyst (soft mauve with shimmer finish) and Au Naturel (matte nude).

Clean Beauty

ILIA Limitless Lash Lengthening Mascara: Recently mentioned in my clean makeup favorites post. The only high-end mascara I use and would recommend, doesn’t clump and still holds a curl.

Farmacy Honeymoon Glow (review here): My holy grail overnight treatment for exfoliating dead skin cells while also keeping skin hydrated and glowy. I use this 2-3x per week and it’s a total game changer for my very sensitive skin. Highly recommend!

Ren AHA Body Serum: I’m really into body creams and serums right now and I would be remiss to not share this product, especially with bare leg season upon us. This is designed to naturally exfoliate your skin, leaving you with a healthy natural glow. This formula has a tingling sensation but nothing that feels remotely uncomfortable—just make sure you don’t apply it on your face, neck or décolletage!

Tower 28 Beauty ShineOn Milky Lip Jelly Gloss: One of the best lip glosses I’ve ever tried. It gives the illusion of fuller lips with the harsh ingredients. I have the shade Oat (semi-sheer peachy pink) and would love to add another shade to my collection.

Here’s what I’m planning to buy during the sale:

The INKEY List Blemish Night Treatment
Farmacy Filling Good Plumping Serum (new product, can’t wait to try)
Supergoop Unseen Sunscreen SPF 40 (restock)
Supergoop Glowscreen (curious to see how it compares to the Unseen Sunscreen)
Tower 28 Beauty ShineOn Milky Lip Jelly Gloss in Coconut
GrandeLash Lash Serum (restock)
