The Sephora Spring Bonus Event is happening now! Today’s post is featuring the best beauty products to splurge on during the Sephora sale. It has already started for Rouge Beauty Insiders who get first access with a 20% off discount off all purchases using code HEYROUGE. VIBs and BIs will have access starting May 2nd. You can start shopping now or start making a wish list!
I have a roundup of my best skincare, makeup, hair and other tools that are worth the splurge. Shopping during a big sale can be overwhelming and so I’ve only included my tried and true favorites. The event is a great excuse to restock on favorites or try something new.
Here’s a quick breakdown of the tiered discounts, dates and promo codes for the Sephora sale:
Rouge Members get 20% off, now through 5/6 with code HEYROUGE
VIB Members get 15% off, 5/2 through 5/6 with code HEYVIB
BI Members get 10% off, 5/2 through 5/6 with code HEYINSIDER
Skincare
I’ve been using a travel size version of the Indie Lee CoQ-10 Toner and I’m obsessed. I’ve never used a toner like this that was so hydrating for my very dry skin.
I use this Saturday Skin Daily Dew Hydrating Essence Mist daily as a makeup setting spray before I head out the door. It keeps my makeup looking fresh and dewy.
I’m halfway through this Caudalie Overnight Detox Oil and it truly works while I sleep. My skin is smooth and glowing when I wake up.
Caudalie Moisturizing Sorbet is my go-to moisturizer for spring and summer. It’s very lightweight and it has the clean seal!
My skin always feels super smooth and hydrated after I use Herbivore Coco Rose Coconut Oil Body Polish. I usually skip lotion after I use this in the shower because that’s how good this formula is!
Makeup
IT Cosmetics CC+ Cream is the only CC cream on the market that actually works. I have a tube in all three finishes (natural, matte and illuminating/dewy). I wear Fair most of the year and sometimes Fair Light if I get any color in the summer.
Benefit Hoola Bronzer is one of the only bronzer that works well with my pale complexion. I use the Hoola Lite and they recently expanded their range. Not a big fan of the packaging but I love the formula.
I’ve splurged on two eyeshadow palettes this year so far and one is the Urban Decay Naked Reloaded and the other is Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk (currently sold out online). The UD palette is filled with a good mix of cool and warm shades and I like that they offer bigger pans for some of them.
Marc Jacobs Hydrating Lip Gloss Stick in Sugar Sugar is one of my favorite lippies. It’s hydrating and glossy but not sticky at all.
Hair
OUAI Texturizing Hairspray smells amazing and I like to use it before curling my hair or as a dry shampoo.
OUAI Wave Spray is my go-to during the summer months. Compared to other wave sprays, this is the most hydrating.
I only wash my hair twice a week and it’s thanks to Living Proof Prime Style Extender, which helps extends the life of my blow-dry.
Tools
BeautyBlender is my go-to sponge for blending foundation, concealer, cream blush, and highlighter. I usually scoop up a new sponge during the Sephora sales because I have to replace them every three months. I also have the liquid cleanser to keep them clean.
I don’t think I talk about my Drybar Shower Cap often enough. I don’t wash my hair every day but the terry cloth lining is perfect for protecting my hair from frizzing.
I hope this guide is helpful for the Sephora Sale! Let me know what’s on your wish list in the comments!
Oh I need to place an order asap!
