It’s still winter but my itch for the spring season started about two weeks ago and I can’t stop thinking about brighter colors, lighter layers and warmer weather. Last week I made a few purchases for my spring wardrobe and wanted to share with you my spring shopping list.
Spring Shopping List featuring Rothy’s, Uncommon James and more
Clothing
I’m definitely in need of new bras, bralettes and undies for spring. I’m also planning to stock up on new undies from Aerie. I love a good bundle deal (6 panties for $25!).
I checked out Target’s new arrivals and scooped up so many cute blouses for spring. The puffy sleeve top is definitely going to be trending for spring. I found some really cute tops from Who What Wear and Wild Fable.
Mint green is going to be my neutral for spring. I found this adorable mint green blazer for $35. I scooped up a pair of the new mint points from Rothy’s (obsessed is an understatement). Did I mention I own a beautiful pre-loved Chanel flap in mint green? My collection is complete.
I would love to get a pair of Levi’s jeans for spring, preferably in a light or medium wash. I’ve always loved wearing skinny jeans but I’m thinking of trying a pair of straight-legged jeans for a more relaxed fit. I’m trying to hold out for a spring sale so I don’t have to pay full-price.
Beauty
I’ve started to put together a small wish list of beauty items. I’ve heard so many good things about the Isle of Paradise Self Tanning Drops. I have very fair skin so I’ll be giving the Light version a go.
There are a couple drugstore items that caught my attention: e.l.f. Poreless Putty Primer (super popular on TikTok right now) and the Covergirl Skin Milk Foundation.
Update: I picked up the Skin Milk Foundation at my nearby CVS right before the pandemic. It has been my go-to on days when I feel like putting on makeup and have a slew of video conference calls. I love that it doesn’t feel like foundation but still offers a good amount of coverage.
Jewelry
The majority of my jewelry collection is a mix of Uncommon James, Kendra Scott and Mejuri.
I usually like to wait for sales but I couldn’t help myself and splurged on a pair these bright pink hoops. I feel like they will pair so well with a simple white tee and pair of jeans. This gold bracelet is also on my wish list (trying to hold out for a sale) because it’s a little pricey.
I’m also really loving these linear earrings in vintage gold (c/o Kendra Scott). These earrings are lightweight and look great with jeans. I really love the vintage look.
Shoes
As much as I love my OTK Sam Edelman boots, I’m so ready to start wearing cute flats and wedges during the work week.
I love me a good flat and lately I’ve been obsessed with my Rothy’s flats. At the end of 2019, I was at three pairs (black, leopard and camel) and in less than a week I’ve acquired two more (mint points and the new Mary Jane in Rosebud). I’m working on a dedicated post so I can share my honest thoughts about Rothy’s but these Mary Jane flats (pictured is rosebud) are so cute. They come in quite a few colors too. If you’re thinking about taking the plunge, use my referral code for $20 off your first pair!

The new Mary Jane Rothy’s are amazing! They are so comfortable. Glad to hear that you like the Fair Isle drops.
You HAVE to try the ELF putty. I thought it was perhaps a gimmick, but it really is amazing. I usually don’t like a lot of primers as they can feel slimey on the skin, but the putty fills in all your pores and makes my foundation look so much better too! xo
Makeup Muddle
That is at the top of my shopping list!! Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts on the primer!
Do you have an affiliate link for Aerie undies? Also ready to stock up and would love to support your blog.
Yes, I do! You can shop through this affiliate link: https://bit.ly/2rzMWZQ
