Spring Beauty Wish List

These are the items on my spring beauty wish list

Today I’m sharing my current spring beauty wish list. In an effort to pare down my beauty routine, I thought it would be best to round up only the products I truly need and/or want.

Serums seem to be my latest skincare obsession. I’m turning 30 (!) this year so nailing down an anti-aging regimen (I know, such a taboo word these days) is a priority. I’ve seen The Ordinary all over my IG feed and the price range looks reasonable. Buffet is designed to target multiple signs of aging (fine lines, wrinkles, dullness and uneven texture).

Glossier just released Lidstar, a glistening eye glow that comes in 6 sheer shades. Single eyeshadows are my jam so naturally these are at the top of my wish list. I’m going to purchase the shades Herb and Cub first and will keep you updated on my thoughts.

I think I’ve got enough pink and red lippies to last me a lifetime. So I’m switching gears and would love to splurge on a nude/peach. Fenty Beauty Mattemoiselle Plush Matte Lipstick has a shade called Up 2 No Good, a nude peach with a soft matte finish.

I’ve heard so many good things about the Kristin Ess hair care line at Target, specifically the Working Serum, which is supposedly a universal serum for wet or dry hair. And it’s only $14.

Bobby pins and hair ties. How is it that I find myself constantly misplacing these hair accessories all the time? I found these pretty rose gold pins, so yeah, I must add them to my collection.

Continuing on my “I’m turning 30” kick, I’d like to incorporate supplements into my daily routine. Being a long-time fan of Tati Westbrook/ GlamLifeGuru, I’m curious about her line of Halo Beauty supplements. The only thing holding me back is the price—a whopping $40 for a 30-day supply. If you take beauty supplements, I’d love to hear what brands you recommend!

This is my new favorite home scent for spring. NEST Apricot Tea Scented Candle has notes of apricot, black tea leaves, bergamot and golden amber. It smells incredibly fresh with a hint of sweetness. $40 seems pretty steep for an 8oz candle but I find that an empty candle jar doubles as storage for my makeup brushes.

I’d love to know what’s on your spring beauty wish list?
