The mask: Garnier SkinActive Super Hydrating Mattifying Mask
What it’s supposed to do: Half a bottle of serum is packed into this sheek mask along with green tea extract to help boost the skin’s hydration. It also claims to balance skin, visibly reduce pores and mattify T-Zone shine.
How to apply: Gently press the sheet mask on to the face with the blue side on top. Peel off the blue film and adjust the mask to fit the contours of your face. Leave on for 15 minutes, remove, and then gently pat remaining product into skin to absorb.
What it felt like: This sheet mask has a refreshing sensation, so much so that I definitely lost track of time with this one. I just received a copy of the book Lazy Perfection: The Art of Looking Great Without Really Trying by Jenny Patinkin so I opted to read a few pages while I masked.
The results: I love how quickly it mattifies my t-zone. If you have oily skin, this hydrating mattifying mask will be your best friend. Usually when I apply a sheet mask, I rarely notice much of a difference after just one use BUT the day after wearing this mask I swear, my skin looked like it was GLOWING! I’m obsessed, and for only $2.49!! I’m totally heading back to Target later this week so stock up on a few more.
