With frequent early morning wake-up calls (mostly by my alarm, sometimes by my cat), it’s not always easy to pull off a well-rested look without a full night’s sleep. Since I’ve moved in to my new apartment, my makeup stash has been a complete disaster. On the bright side, I re-discovered some old favorites that I forgot about, like my bareMinerals Well-Rested Face & Eye Brightener. Just a one or two clicks of this sheer mineral formula illuminates my ultra dull complexion. You can layer it over or under makeup (I prefer to wear it on top of makeup). The clear pen is supposed to even skin tone and visibly minimize dark spots, wrinkles, lines and discolorations over time. I haven’t seen those results… yet. But out of all the illuminators in my makeup arsenal, this one has been my go-to all week for brighter mornings.
