“In the morning I use Alchimie’s Gentle Cream Cleanser for a soft cleanse. I use
Carribean Therapy soap by Aveda. Twice a week I will exfoliate with our Excimer Gentle Antioxidant refining scrub– I’ll do that first thing right after brushing my teeth, before getting in the shower. I use Aveda Smooth Infusion shampoo and conditioner. Post shower, I use our Alexandrite gel for neck and bust on the upper body, our Q-switch optimizing body contour gel on the middle body area and Aveda Stress Fix Body Lotion on my legs. If I work out, I’ll put a thick layer of hand and foot cream on my feet before putting on socks and shoes.
For my face I use Diode Serums, Yttrium Protective Day Cream, Superpulse Eye Contour Balm, Trish McEvoy Mascara, and NARS Velvet Matte lip pencil in Cruella.
In the evening I cleanse with the Excimer Purifying gel cleanser, Diode Serums, Kantic evening cream, and superpulse eye contour balm. I apply Elizabeth Arden 8 hour lip protectant before I go to sleep.
I have normal to dry skin in the winter and normal combination in the summer. I have to exfoliate regularly (not more than twice a week) to help with cell turnover and brighten my skin. I travel 75 percent of my time by plan, so I can get very dry due to plane air. When that is the case, I’ll switch to Alchimie’s nourishing cream, which is more hydrating and creates a barrier on my skin, protecting me from airplane air.”
Beauty 101: “Use the product you use on your face on your neck and decollete. Stay out of the sun. I never tan or lie on the beach in the sun, I’m always under an umbrella with SPF 50 (Anthelios is my favorite). Start your day by drinking a tall glass of room temperature water (I add EmergenC in Super Orange to make sure I get my vitamins). Groom your eyebrows and you will always look polished an put together, even without any makeup on. Your makeup only looks as good as your skin does (I only use makeup for color on eyes and lips, I don’t use any skin makeup).”
