The tutorial:
I applied two coats of All Hail The Queen (a light beige lacquer) on all ten digits and one (heavy) coat of West End Wonderland on both ring fingers (a sparkly gold) to give me some texture and color dynamic to the subtle beige neutral. I was a little hesitant at first but I wanted to try this Matte Finish (on every nail) for a shine-free topcoat and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
