I usually stray from posting celebrity beauty looks on the blog, but I couldn’t help but notice how drop dead gorgeous Emily Blunt looked at last night’s Met Gala, celebrating the unveiling of its newest exhibit, PUNK: Chaos to Couture.
Emily Blunt rocked the sexiest hot pink eye. According to makeup artist Jenn Streicher for NARS Cosmetics, it was Emily’s idea to do pink. Steicher used a couple products in some unexpected ways (think NARS Desire Powder blush and their famed satin lip pencil in Jardin des Plantes used on the eyes). Streicher complemented her pink eye with a neutral lip using Biscayne Park Satin Lip Pencil.
Lately I’ve been obsessing over incorporating more neon in to my beauty wardrobe and this look seems so attainable (and by attainable, I mean easy to recreate). What do you think of this look? What beauty look was your favorite from the Met Gala?
