Sephora Spring Bonus Event Makeup & Skincare Picks

Sephora Spring Bonus Event Skincare & Makeup Picks
The Sephora Spring Bonus Event started last week for Beauty Insider Members that have Rouge Status. Naturally, I’m late to the party because I’m a VIB member but if you have the same status as me, or you’re a BI member, then we can start preparing now.

Here’s a quick breakdown of the sale for each member status:

Rouge Members: receive 15% off now through 4/16 and 4/20 through 4/23, use code YAYROUGE
VIB Members: receive 15% off 4/20 through 4/23, use code YAYVIB
BI Members: receive 10% off 4/20 through 4/23, use code YAYINSIDER

Sitewide sales can be overwhelming, at least for me anyway. I’m not going to put together a laundry list of recommendations. Instead, I’ve outlined a handful of products from each category to help streamline my own shopping list, and hopefully yours as well!

Makeup

Urban Decay Naked Petite Heat: A mini palette inspired by the original Heat palette with five matte shades. This is currently in my cart.

Laura Mercier Caviar Stick Eye Color: I get so many compliments when I wear the shade Amethyst (a soft mauve with shimmer finish) so I’m going to treat myself to another shade. I’m thinking about Au Naturel (nude).

RMS Beauty Un Cover-Up Concealer/Foundation: I’ve read so many rave reviews about this product and it might put my Glossier Stretch Concealer to shame. Either way, I’m buying this.

Fenty Beauty Pro Filt’r Soft Matte Longwear Foundation: I never wear foundation but this has been on my wish list for far too long.

Fresh Sugar Advanced Therapy Lip Treatment in Dream: This has become my go-to lip color for the past two months. Dream is a sheer pink and it basically looks like heaven on my lips.

Skincare

Drunk Elephant Acid Trip Kit: Last year I splurged on the Sukari Babyfacial and was impressed with the results. Full price, the lone product is $80 but right now there is a kit available on Sephora that gets you four products from the brand (including the facial) for $100. Add this to cart, now!

Caudalie Vinosource Moisturizing Sorbet: This is a super lightweight moisturizer, perfect for the warmer months.

Peter Thomas Roth Water Drench Hydra-Gel Eye Patches: This has been on my wish list for a while.

GLAMGLOW Thirstymud Hydrating Treatment: I know many of my friends are going to splurge on the Summer Fridays Jet Lag Mask (I have mixed feelings about the product which I reviewed last month here). But I think this one gives the other brand a run for its money.

Supergoop! City Sunscreen Serum SPF 30: I used this religiously last summer and I plan on restocking this during the sale. I love it for its lightweight non-greasy feel.

Hair & Miscellaneous

Bumble and Bumble Thickening Dryspun Finish Volume Spray: I like to use this before I curl or braid my hair. It gives lots of lift without the stiff/crunchy texture.

Ouai Wave Spray: Summer is coming and it’s best for any “undone” wave.

Drybar Texas Teasing Brush: I currently do not own a teasing brush but having tried other tools from the Drybar line, I’m going to give this a shot.

Deborah Lippmann Genie in a Bottle Base Coat: I rarely paint my nails anymore and if I do, I have enough colors at home to last me a lifetime. Lately I’ve been into base coats as nail polish—like a CC cream for your nails.

St. Tropez Tan Applicator Mitt: Because faux tans look way better when you apply with a mitt.
