Last night Madewell in Georgetown played host to DC Scout’s 4th Anniversary Party while kicking off their Guest Scouter Series. Shoppers, bloggers and guests sipped on champagne and beer and bites of Georgetown Cupcakes while shopping the latest spring and summer looks at the J.Crew sister store. Congrats to DC Scout on four fabulous years!
