A manicure-less hand to me is like strolling around the District naked. Needless to say, I get a bit OCD when it comes to my nails. Which is why I’m obsessed with Deborah Lippmann’s Addicted to Speed topcoat. Combining the strength of a regular topcoat with a speedy quick-dry, it’s easy to swipe on. Quick tip: apply an even coat two minutes after color, wait just a few minutes and voila! Pretty awesome, shiny nails.
