If I’ve learned anything from my lifetime of losing sleep (red-eye flights, bar crawls and other past midnight affairs to name a few), it’s that skincare is a necessity to fix tired skin. After sampling the Facial Cocktail Serum ($60) from the vegan skincare line, Hard Night Good Morning, I came to the realization that it’s the perfect solution to faking a good night’s sleep thanks to this aloe-vera based and gluten free line.
I’ve quickly incorporated this facial cocktail in to my daily skincare prep each morning. Packed with Gatuline (an ingredient that targets the structure of skin), Baobab extract and Roobios Tea, consider it a one-stop-shop for lifting, toning and tightening skin. Like any other serum, you’ll want to apply this using upward strokes over the face and neck. I followed up with their Daytime Moisturizer ($30) and it immediately hydrated my extremely dry skin (thanks, Winter).
It’s no surprise to me that this serum is not only a favorite among other beauty junkies, but the reason behind this nine product collection. With a mission to source the finest and most effective ingredients from all over the world, creator and founder D’Andra Simmons has truly found a niche in creating a line of effective skincare products without a super high-end price point. Here’s to a good morning!

I love the idea of a Cocktail Serum – this sounds so luxe! 🙂
