I love holiday weekends, particularly for one extra day of “me” time. This Labor Day Weekend called for one of my favorite luxury masks, GlamGlow Super Mud Clearing Treatment. If you aren’t familiar with GlamGlow, it’s been Hollywood’s quick-fixing treatment for quite some time. The derms created this particular mud mask formula as a solution to all those skin nightmares (think breakouts, discoloration, black and white heads, razor bumps, and in-grown hairs). How? This super mask is packed with Activated-X Charcoal, which works to draw out dirt and congestion to help brighten and soften skin. This is a type of mask you can leave on for five, 10, 15 or 20 minutes. And yes, it looks like you’re applying mud to your face. I applied this treatment to my problem areas (nose, chin and forehead) and not more than a few minutes in, I was already feeling something magical happen. My boyfriend and cat happened to walk by while I was waiting and they looked at me like I had three heads. Oh well. One warm sink wash later, my skin was clean, refreshed and ultra smooth.
