I know the official first day of fall isn’t until September 22nd, but we all know that the day after Labor Day is when it truly starts to feel like a new season. Cooler weather is slowly creeping in and I couldn’t be more excited. “September is the January of fashion.” From new fall wardrobe staples to eyelash extensions (more on that in another post), I’m ready for a complete refresh.
This bell sleeve floral blouse, paired with the most comfortable skinny jeans, is the perfect transition outfit going from summer to fall.
As you already saw in a previous style post, olive green is one of my favorite colors. I’m definitely carrying this new neutral into fall. This Rebecca Minkoff bag was a little treasure I scooped up during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. This version is sold out but here’s a slightly bigger one if you love the shape and color of this bag as much as I do.
I’m also wearing one of my favorite beauty trends right now: metallic lips. L’Oreal sent me a few shades from its Infallible Metallic Liquid Lipstick collection and I love the color payoff! In this look I’m wearing Moon Lust and it’s much more opaque than I thought it would be. It has a lightweight and creamy texture—my lips don’t feel tacky or sticky, making these a must-have for any lip product wardrobe.
