While a bold red lip never goes out of style, this season is all about nude lips. For low-maintenance beauties that like to try new trends without breaking the bank, this is the perfect solution. Unlike traditional lip balms, this formula has a creamy texture with a silk-like finish in six universally flattering shades. I sampled three shades from the collection: Caring Coral #418, Nourishing Nude #818 and Caramel Comfort #819. These tubes have a slick moisturizing effect compared to other similar drugstore balms and I was really impressed with how smooth my lips felt all day—even after the color has faded. The packaging is chic too—a gold interlocking angled tube with a transparent lid. Caring Coral is my favorite out of the three I tried because it gave my lips a soft glow. I typically associate coral as a spring and summer shade so I was pleasantly surprised with this hue. I LIVE in Nourishing Nude. It’s the absolute best. I have a tube in my car, at my desk at work, in my bag and on my vanity. For some reason it’s getting harder for me to find it though. The last one I bought I had to buy on Amazon. I love this lipstick/balm and definitely need to try some more shades.
