Nail polish junkies and Lena Dunham fans will unite over Deborah Lippmann HBO GIRLS nail lacquer collection inspired by the hit comedy series. This limited edition collection (which you can now pre-order online) features four polishes inspired by our favorite characters, Hannah, Marnie, Jessa and Shoshanna.
Each polish conveys the character’s personality in bottle form (which are so fitting, by the way!): Hannah, a hapless hunter green; Marnie, a prim and proper pink; Shoshanna, a virtuous vivid violet (my fave!); and Jessa, a bohemian burgundy.
When I first heard about Deborah Lippmann’s soon-to-be GIRLS nail collection, I was so infatuated with the collaboration, I was immediately searching the online for any clues as to what hues would be released. All of these colors are right up my alley, not to mention are perfectly priced. At $45, you’re getting four polishes that would typically cost $16 each. Who doesn’t love a good beauty deal?
So I guess the end-all question is, are you a Hannah, Marnie, Jessa or Shosh?
Based on the show, I’m a mix of Hannah and Marnie (yes, it’s possible!) but in terms of the polish colors, I’m a Shoshanna.
